    He was quite a talker, and took 3 hours instead of the 2 quoted, so charged us extra cash payment of $140. If he hadn't been so chatty about how good he was, he might have gotten the job done quicker. His wife was a very hard worker. The unloaders claimed the loading was a poor job, resulting in a lot of scraped and chipped furniture. I'm not an expert, don't know who was at fault.
